Uhuru to tour Nakuru County on Wednesday and Thursday this week

Nakuru - President Uhuru Kenyatta is expected to tour Nakuru County on Wednesday and Thursday as he plans to commission Chemasus Dum.
According to a press statment sent to newsrooms on Monday, the President is scheduled to tour Molo town and also meet with local leaders on Thursday at Nakuru statehouse.

This will be the first official visit by the president since he was elected into office back in 2013.
Local residents have welcomed Uhuru to Nakuru town saying his visit is timely and that they are expecting him to come with a lot of “goodies”.
Martin Kinyua a business tycoon in the town said that the president today’s tour in the town signifies that he still hold the county dear to his heart.
“I am very happy because our president has chosen to visit our county which is a very good thing to us,” he said.
