Nakuru - Nakuru west MP, Samwel Arama has advised President Kenyatta to stop using security apparatus to harass Mombasa Governor, Ali Hassan Joho.
Arama said that the President is simply making the Coast region more hostile by harassing Joho who is the king of Coast politics.
He called on Kenyatta to find better ways of dealing with Joho than openly oppressing and frustrating him.

"The President cannot keep harassing Governor Joho and expect Coastal residents to vote for him. He should stop intimidating Coast leaders if he seriously wants their votes in 2017," said Arama.
"The people are not taking lightly what is happening to Joho and other Coastal leaders and they might punish the President for that in next year's polls," he added.
He advised Kenyatta to treat Coastal opposition leaders with utmost care ahead of 2017 to increase his chances of getting votes from the region.
