Nakuru - Gilgil Member of Parliament, Nderitu Mathenge has accused long distance truck drivers for breaking up families in Gilgil town.
Mathenge said truck drivers are luring married women into sex by giving them goodies including money.
He said that most men have been forced to abandon their wives after catching them in bed with truck drivers.
"These drivers are the cause of many single-parent families we see here. They come with money and when our women see the money, they forget that they are married," said Mathenge.

He added that the truck drivers not only come with money but also AIDS.
"They give women money, they give them AIDs and finally they cause families to break."
He called on women to respect their marriages and avoid being bought with little money.
He spoke Tuesday when he presented early Christmas gifts to the Gilgil children's home.
