Cheboi, who is a URP member of Parliament said that senior officers at the Treasury diverted the Eurobond cash to their own personal accounts and later tabled fake expenditure records to the President.
"There are so many projects that are purpoted to have been financed using the Eurobond cash but the truth is that neither the projects nor the money is available," he said.
Cheboi called on President Kenyatta to take seriously CORD leader, Raila Odinga's calls for investigations on the Eurobond cash.
"The President should not dismiss Raila's accusations; he should ask Treasury to explain how and when every single Eurobond shilling was used. Whenever Raila makes an allegation, it turns out to be the truth," said Cheboi, citing the Armenian brothers and NYS saga.
