1. Change your diet by avoiding food with cholesterol. Reduce the amount of whole milk products and animal fats you consume while upping your intake of fruits, vegetables and other fiber rich foods, which could help block the absorption of cholesterol in the bloodstream and improve your sexual health.
2. Change the contraceptive.The contraceptive that works for one woman's libido may not for another so make good choices by consulting the doctor. Consider a copper intrauterine device for more lasting and hormone free, birth control and consider use of condoms or talk to your doctor about changing your prescription,especially if you're experiencing vaginaldryness coupled with a disinterest in sex.
3.Avoid anger and worry.Depression and anger affects sexual libido in both men and women, it's difficult to get aroused with a man you angry with because he did something bad to you so make sure your anger is not toxic to your relationship.
