The Perfect Female Body

Generally, men and women look for different things in the shape of a woman. One man could prefer a skinny woman, while another will admire a curvaceous one. Research shows that most men admire women who look strong and healthy, and at the same time be presentable to his friends.

The size of the bust, waist and hips of a woman play a major role in determining whether she has the ideal body. Ideally, there are four types of female bodies namely; banana, apple, pear and hourglass. Each of these shapes is determined by the distribution of fat around the waist, hips and bust.

A woman who has a banana shape has a waist that is smaller than the hips and bust, but has a considerable amount of fat around the tummy area, buttocks, face and chest. Apple shaped women also have a slim waist, and generally have a masculine appearance. Pear shaped women have wide hips, with a waist line that is almost invisible; fats are deposited around the tummy, buttocks, hips and thighs.

The hourglass shape is the one that most women crave for. It is the shape of fashion icons, and the size of the bust is proportional to the size of the hips.

To most men, broad hips are a symbol of fertility while a big bust signifies the ability to breastfeed his children. A thin waist boosts your sexual appeal; it means you are flexible enough to do some shaking whether in bed or at the dance floor, which is admired by all men.

Precisely, a slim waist line gives you a feminine look and also emphasizes your hips, giving you an overall attractive outlook. Combined, they are signs of good health and this is why women guard these areas with envy. However, the size of the bust and hips should be proportional, and show some coherence with the rest of the body.

A nutritionist will tell you that an attractive woman is one who has an average BMI. This means that you are neither overweight/obese nor underweight. Your BMI determines the amount of fat in your body, which dictates your overall wellness. People with less or intense body fat are prone to many diseases and cannot perform most tasks. You can calculate your BMI by dividing your weight by height. Height should be in square meters while weight should be in kilograms. Most professions will specify the ideal body using this criterion. For instance, you have to meet a certain weight and height requirement in order to qualify to work as an air hostess for major airlines (at least 5”4 tall and 55 KG).

Women are always trying as hard as possible to obtain the super slim bodies of their icon models and movie stars. However, it is very hard to change from one body shape to another. For instance, you cannot change from a pear to hourglass shape. Nevertheless, you can enhance your shape and still look beautiful in your shape. The following are tips on how to enhance your shape:

•    Exercise regularly. Regular exercise ensures that you stay fit, and gain the required muscle tone to keep you young and healthy. If you feel that some parts are bigger than they should be, ask your coach to give you suggestions of the right types of exercise to help you maintain an attractive shape.
•    Dress well. Your dressing style can greatly enhance your overall outlook. If you are short, for instance, avoid clothing that has horizontal lines as this makes you look shorter. The same applies to chubby women. If you have a pear shape, you can always make your waist line visible by wearing dresses that have an elastic band around the waist area. wearing fashionable clothing gives  people an impression of class; eventually, they will consider you as having the perfect female body.
