Nairobi - I am in ODM for life, an MP has told Jubilee leaders.
Willy Mtengo, the Malindi MP says that he has been urged to quit ODM by rebel Coast MPs and told them that he is happy in the party and will not leave for any money.
He accused the MP's led by Kilifi North MP Gideon Mung'aro of using money to try sway Coastal people to the Jubilee Coalition but says that it will not work.
He urged residents to take the Jubilee money and move on.
" Take the Jubilee money and vote for ODM," he told News24.
" The Jubilee Coalition is keen on only handing out money to Kenyans. I tell them to take the money and vote for ODM and CORD and see better leadership," he added.
Mtengo was recently voted in Malindi MP after a protracted battle with the Jubilee Coalition in March.
He beat Jubilee's Philip Charo to the tape in the elections.
