Take Eurobond evidence to Police, Duale tells Raila

Nairobi - Majority leader in the National Assembly Aden Duale has told CORD leader Raila Odinga to take any evidence of Eurobond injustices to the Police.
Duale told Raila that his continued attacks on the government over the funds was unwarranted and ranked as public incitement if he does not produce the evidence to match his words.
The CORD leader has insisted that the government account for KES 250 billion borrowed from the Eurobond earlier in the year.
He says that as much as KES 100 billion has been misappropriated.
Duale though insists that Raila account for his accusations.
" It is time that Raila accounts for his accusations and quantifies his words. The loss of money is fictional and he needs to produce evidence that it was lost," he said Monday.
The CORD leader has led a serious attack on Treasury chief Henry Rotich and the Jubilee government leadership over the matter, one which the government though has refused.
The matter is now being investigated by the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commision EACC with Rotich having already been summoned to explain himself to authorities over the alleged theft of funds.
