Stop and listen; Kajairo is back

21 April 2016, 20:30 Eugene Odanga

Nairobi - Once considered Kenya’s king of Parody, Kajairo is back once more with yet another rib cracking musical parody, this time using Sauti Sol’s “Money Lover” as his canvas. The parody dubbed “Madeni Lover” (Debt lover) is about a tenant who owes his landlord rent, but does not have the money and keeps evading him.

It touches on the lives of many Kenyans across the country, living in debt and constant fear of the people they owe, doing outright bizarre things to avoid paying what they owe.

If you had never heard the original song before this, you would think that this parody was an original due to the quality of the production. From videography and choreography to vocals and instrumentals, Kajairo has simply outdone himself.

It will leave you laughing for days with its subtle humor and how well it points out the things that people go through, all in the name of debt.

Watch this rib cracker here.
