Sonko wants to join CORD, MP says

Nairobi - Nairobi Senator Mike Mbuvi Sonko wants to join the CORD
Coalition, an MP has said.
Peter Kaluma, the Homa Bay MP says that Sonko wants to join
CORD but that he must not come with any conditions.
He says that Sonko is welcome in CORD and that he will be
taken in with open arms but must respect the current status quo.
“There must not be any conditions for his move but he is
welcome in CORD,” Kaluma said Wednesday in Nairobi.
Sonko had over the weekend been quoted as saying that he
will join CORD as long as former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka is named that
the opposition flag bearer for the 2017 polls.
