Sonko to introduce bill to have all MPs circumcised

Nairobi - Nairobi Senator Mike Mbuvi Sonko says he will introduce a bill to have all MPs circumcised.
The Senator, speaking in the aftermath of MPs' attempts to heckle President Uhuru Kenyatta on Thursday in Parliament, says that the actions of those leaders reflects solely on their thinking capacity and must be stopped.
He stated that the new bill would help improve the level of thinking among house members and ensure that such moments are not seen in the future.
" I want to bring in a new bill to ensure that all MPs are circumcised. The 9 MPs who made noise must be taken action on. I want the IEBC to ensure that there is a certificate of circumcision," he said.
He stated that the MPs who made a scene in the house including Mbita MP Milly Odhiambo must act like grown persons in future.
" There are some actions that baffle you. Like Milly Odhiambo wanting to remove her undergarments. That is abnormal and cannot be allowed to take place again," he added.
The MPs were all kicked out of the house following the incident.
