The two who are neighbors were mimicking wrestlers when the perpetrator hit the victim on the head kungfu style. The boy allegedly collapsed and became unconscious.

Eyewitness say the two were playing fight games and no one anticipated it would turn drastic and that the assailant kid did not use any object to hit the deceased. He just hit him with his hand on the head.
The obviously distraught victim’s mother was at pains narrating that she got a call from the neighbors informing her that her son had been rushed to the hospital unconscious.
"I left him this morning jovial only to meet him later cold and unresponsive," she lamented, asserting that the boy who killed her son was eleven and not seven years old as alleged by his parents.
Postmortem results according to the victim's parents showed that he had suffered internal head injuries.
The parents of the deceased however said they did not wish to follow the matter further and were considering asking the police to dismiss the case considering they are neighbors with the parents of the assailant.
