Security tight at Milimani Law courts as 'hate speech' MPs face charges

Nairobi - Security has been beefed at the Milimani Law Courts where eight MPs accused of spreading hate speech are facing charges.
Several General Service Unit (GSU) lorries have been spotted at the court.
Water cannons are also on standby in the court.

Spouses of the eight politicians have already been allowed in court. Earlier, the politicians had been denied bail after the court was told they are likely to interfere with witnesses.
They have been in remand for three days.
