Ruto will run for Presidency in 2017, URP MP says

Nakuru - Deputy President William Ruto will vie for the Presidency in the 2017 general election, a Member of Parliament has revealed.
Speaking at KASS FM, Bomet East Member of Parliament Bernard Bett said they have agreed as a community to support his presidential bid.
"We will all support Deputy President for President in the 2017 elections and we have all agreed as a community that he is our presidential candidate and we will all support him," he said.

The legislator further called on the Kalenjin community to unite and back his presidential bid.
"Let us all support him and I call upon other leaders to support him in his quest," he said.
