Ruto: Why I won't join Jubilee

Bomet - Bomet Governor, Isaac Ruto has vowed not to join Jubilee Party ahead of the 2017 polls.
Ruto has however said that he will vie for re-election on his Chama Cha Mashinani (CCM) party.
He disclosed that he made the decision after the Jubilee party said they are the ones who will determine who runs in the upcoming general election.

"I cannot join a party whose officials will decide who gets the nomination certificate. They (officials) have said so and that is why I will use CCM," said the Governor.
The Governor has been at loggerheads with the Jubilee Party leaders over his stand on devolution.
