Nairobi - National Assembly Speaker Joyce Laboso has accused Bomet governor of allocating resources in the County in a skewed manner.
Laboso said that the Ruto has not only been biased in resource allocation but has also failed to complete projects resulting in the wastage of County funds.
"He allocates resources to areas that he has political support and this is totally unacceptable.
Devolution was meant to benefit all the people in the grass root level; and improve their livelihood", she said.
The Sotik MP, who is also vying for the governor, said that political inclinations should not be used during the sharing of County resources saying that devolution is meant to bring services closer to the people and not to enrich few individuals close to the governor.
Laboso is expected to face off with the Bomet governor who has indicated that he will seek re-election using his newly launched Chama Cha Mashinani (CCM) party.
