Reggae in the sun

Nairobi - Kenyan reggae fans are in for a treat on
the 29th of October thanks to the Reggae in the Sun Festival set to
take place at the GoDown Art center here in Nairobi.
The event is meant to
promote positive vibes among Kenyans through live music and Deejay sets in the
genre, staging some of the finest talents in the industry. Playing live on the
day will be the Gravitti Band, Tunedem Band, Shamir, Freeman and Ras Mtapa and
the Juma Tutu band.
On the decks will be the best of the best
in the reggae/ dancehall Deejaying world, with the likes of Dj Shiqx, Dj Klash
and Dj Namosky playing on the day. There will be lots of activities,
entertainment and food to keep revelers engaged throughout the day, with the
show running from 11am all the way to 8:30pm.
