Nairobi - Rebel Jubilee Coalition MPs from the Rift Valley are holding secret meetings to chart the way forward after the Kericho by elections.
The MPs and leaders from the South Rift backed opposition party KANU in the recent Kericho by elections and were left on the wrong side after Jubilee won the polls.
Now they are in talks with key persons to seek the way forward.
" The MPs are looking at what went wrong and whether they should stick with the ruling coalition or move on," an aide to one of the MPs, Nandi Hills Alfred Keter told News24.
It is also understood that Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi is also holding consultative meetings to seek the way forward.
The two have openly gone against the party and DP William Ruto and are said to be mulling whether to reconcile or move on.
DP William Ruto is said to have stated that the MPs are free to do what they want but that the consequences will be felt in the 2017 General Elections.
