Raila to snub Ruto thanksgiving rally

Nairobi - CORD leader Raila Odinga will not attend the ICC thanksgiving rally in Nakuru over the weekend.
The CORD leader in an apparent outburst over the acquittal of Deputy President William Ruto and journalist Joshua Sang stated that the ICC process was a let down to the war against impunity in the world.
" The ICC decision to drop the cases against Kenya is a blow to the fight against impunity in the world," he said of the ICC process.
His feelings on the matter will point to the unlikelihood of him attending the thanksgiving party and rally to be held in Nakuru Saturday.
The ICC dropped the cases against the two after stating that there was no much evidence to prosecute the trial.
The ICC blamed interference of witnesses as well as political forces for the end of the cases.
