22 February 2016, 19:01
Nairobi - Supporters of former Devolution CS Anne Waiguru sang anti Raila Odinga songs as they accompanied her to and from the EACC headquarters where she was being questioned Monday.
The supporters, numbering around 100 were in vociferous mood as they trudged along with the former CS in the Nairobi CBD as they moved towards the Integrity Centre offices of the EACC.
They accused Raila of causing the problems that are currently facing Waiguru.
" Raila must go!, they chanted as they walked along with the former CS turned politician.
The CORD leader Odinga was very vocal in calling for the CS to be removed from office over the KES 791 million National Youth Service NYS scandal that has been the downfall of the former CS.
Waiguru did not make any comments before and after her date with the ICC.
She was summoned to the EACC in the aftermath of a report by a Josephine Kabura detailing the levels to which she was involved in as far as corruption at the NYS is concerned.
Waiguru has thus far denied that she has met Kabura and has dismissed her comments as fiction.
