Nairobi - The opposition will renew their demonstrations against the country's electoral body if the parliamentary Legal Affairs Committee doesn't stop its deliberations.
Raila Odinga led Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party on Thursday threatened to continue with the anti-IEBC demos because the Samuel Chepkonga committee is sabotaging the work of the recently constituted joint select committee on electoral reforms.

“We demand that the Hon. Samuel Chepkonga led committee suspends with immediate effect its deliberations or else we revert to the streets protests until a genuine process is realized,” a statement from ODM to newsrooms reads.
The party issued the statement after National Executive Council meeting that was attended by party leader Raila Odinga.
