Raila pays hospital bill of protester beaten by Police

Nairobi - CORD leader Raila Odinga has taken the step to pay for hospital bills of those injured in the violent ridden IEBC demonstrations.
Boniface Manono who had been feared dead says that he had just completed a job appointment with a taxi company when he was pounced on by policemen.
He is currently admitted at the Coptic hospital where he is getting medical attention which he says has been paid for by the CORD leader.
" The mheshimiwa (honourable) has paid," he stated.
The video showing Manono being beaten senseless went viral on Tuesday
causing an uproar in the country.
Earlier reports that he had died were quickly diminished after he was tracked down by reporters seeking a bite of the story.
