Raila, Kuria luncheon inconsequential, Murkomen says

Nairobi - Elgeyo Marakwet Senator, Kipchumba Murkomen has dismissed the lunch date between CORD leaders Raila Odinga, Moses Wetang'ula, Kalonzo Musyoka and eight MPs who had been arrested over hate speech remarks.
Raila specifically invited Moses Kuria for lunch as he announced that he had forgiven him over the ‘assassination’ remark that landed him in jail last week.
The CORD leader said if there was a plot to assassinate him, Kuria would not let the cat out of the bag.

Murkomen however said there was nothing special in the two rivals' meeting Tuesday as Jubilee and CORD MPs always meet and have lunch in Parliament.
"Eating lunch together across the political divide is common among us. We do it often at the Parliament restaurant," Murkomen tweeted.
