Quit Raila, CORD MP tells Kalonzo

Nairobi - Quit Raila Odinga to save your political career, a CORD MP has told Kalonzo Musyoka.
Mwingi Central Mp Joe Mutambo, who has himself stated that he will quit CORD in the upcoming elections in 2017, says that the coalition is rooted in failure and that the former Vice President should quit immediately.
Mutambo says that Kalonzo still has time on his side to salvage his career and that if he does not move quickly he will be in serious trouble come the next election and afterwards.
" I have been speaking on this topic for a while now. It is time that my brother Kalonzo Musyoka quits CORD to save his career," he said.
He continued that Kalonzo is losing respect amongst his peers for insisting on remaining in tandem with Raila instead of being his own man.
" We know what he can achieve but he has to be hasty and leave CORD," he added.
According to Mutambo, the CORD Coalition will lose the election come 2017 and that it will be the final nail in the coffin for Raila and those around him.
" Kalonzo must be careful not to be put together with that group," he added.
Mutambo is amongst a group of MPs and leaders from Ukambani who have quit the CORD Coalition and say that they will support the ruling Jubilee Coalition come the 2017 elections.
