Nakuru - A Nakuru pressure group has said it will move to court to sue water and irrigation cabinet secretary Eugene Wamalwa and his energy counterpart Charles Meter for engaging in active politics in disregard of the constitution.
The Nakuru katiba guard group said that Wamalwa and Keter are engaging in politics by attending jubilee party rallies and drumming up support for the party. Speaking Monday at Nakuru, the group chairman Bernard Mwangi said that they will move to court to force the two to resign.
"Wamalwa and Keter have been seen attending jubilee rallies and campaigning for the party which is a grave violation of the law," said Mwangi.

"We want the President to reprimand the law or else we will move to court to ask the court to send them home for violating the constitution they swore to protect and respect," he added Mwangi blamed president Kenyatta for going against his promise by appointing politicians to his cabinet.
"Uhuru promised us that he Will not appoint politicians in his cabinet but he did exactly the opposite of what he promised and Kenyans must hold him accountable for that come 2017,"he said.
