Prepare for disappointment in 2022, Jubilee MP tells DP Ruto

Nairobi - President Uhuru Kenyatta is desperate to lie to DP William
Ruto that they will support him come the 2017 elections so that he can
rubber-stamp Kalenjin votes, an MP has said.
According to Kuresoi North MP Zakayo Cheruiyot, the
President is duping Ruto by telling him he will get his support come 2022 when
indeed that is not the case.
“The President is quick to tell Ruto he will get his support
come 2022 so he can provide Kalenjin votes on a silver platter,” he said in a telephone interview.
He believes that Ruto and the Kalenjin community will be
left in shock come 2022 as the DP will not get the support from the Kikuyu
community because history shows that they do not vote for candidates not their
