Nairobi - Police have found a boy who went missing at the Impala Club on Sunday.
The child, named by Police as Jonathan Wasike went missing Sunday after a family day out at the Club along Ngong Road.
He is 4 years old.
Police however announced Monday afternoon that they had found the boy.
He was picked up at the Karen Police Station by his parents.
The boy was in good health.
He had gone missing after being left to play by his parents.
" Jonathan was last seen at 3 PM Sunday wearing a pair of brown long-trousers torn at the knees and a red-striped hooded jacket," the child's Jeremiah Wasike had said.
The family had been camping at Impala Club waiting to review the footage from the CCTV in the vicinity.
Kilimani Police Station boss Philip Katam had appealed to the public to volunteer any information.
" We ask members of the public to come forward with any information that could lead to finding the lost child," he stated.
Cases of missing children have increased in Nairobi, with Police records saying that 70% are usually planned kidnappings and abductions while the rest are usually genuine cases.
