Nairobi - The opposition is now more popular than the government, a new poll has said.
The poll by Infotrak shows that satisfaction levels with the government are at 58.1% with those of the government at 58.4%.
The poll further says that only 27% of Kenyans believe the country is headed in the right direction.
62% believe the country is not headed in the right place while 74% do not know what to think of the way the country is being run, speaking of a lack of focus and future.
Surprisingly, most of those who felt the country was headed in the right direction were from North Eastern, which is surprising since the region has been badly hit by terror attacks and similar issues.
More details to follow.
The poll was carried out between 2 and 6 November 2015.
