Nairobi - The Orange Democratic Movement Party (ODM) now claims that the jubilee government is training county commissioners and their assistants on how they will help in rigging the 2017 general elections.
ODM Nakuru branch chairman Peter Ole Osono said that jubilee is planning to use county commissioners as county poling agents as a means of stealing elections.

Speaking Monday at Nakuru town, Osono said that all 47 county commissioner are secretly undergoing training on election management and have been instructed to be progovernment or face the sack.
"County commissioners are being trained and they will be used to manipulate things in 2017 but we are watching.
They have asked to use all means possible to intimidate the opposition in their areas before and during the election period,"he said.
He warned the jubilee government against stealing the 2017 general elections lest they want to take the country back to 2007/2008.
"Rigging the 2017 elections by government will be taking us back to 2007/2008 and jubilee should know that," he said.
