ODM: Raila cannot endorse Kalonzo, Wetang'ula

Nairobi - CORD co-principals, Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetang'ula have been told to forget about being endorsed by CORD leader Raila Odinga as the coalition's flag bearers in the 2017 polls.
ODM Nakuru County chairman, Peter Ole Osono said that Wetang'ula and Kalonzo are not Raila's equals and therefore they cannot expect their senior to endorse them.
Speaking Monday in Naivasha town, osono said that it's politically wrong for the two to start demanding an endorsement from Raila when they have not done anything to endorse themselves.
"How can Wetang'ula and Kalonzo expect that Raila will just wake up one day and endorse them?" he posed.

"They cannot start issuing ultimatums to Raila. And they have to get it clear that Raila is not endorsing anyone for the 2017 polls," said Osono.
He asked both Kalonzo and Wetang'ula to work hard for the presidential ticket instead of sitting and waiting for Raila to endorse them.
"What have they been doing to show that they are ready to run for Presidency?" he asked.
Kalonzo and Wetang'ula are pushing for an endorsement from Raila as the coalition's flag bearers in the 2017 Presidential election.
