ODM MCAs in Migori defect to Jubilee

Migori - The ruling coalition got a boost in a rather unfamiliar area after a number of ODM party members led by Komosoko MCA, Rioba Samuel defected to he coalition.
The MCAs defected publicly to the party during the DP's visit to Kuria West constituency.
The Deputy President has paid several visit to the region and his efforts have started bearing fruit.
Speaking at the rally, Kuria West Mp Hon. Mathias Roby who is a URP member, said even the County Senator has only one foot in ODM.
"He (Machage Winfred) is not supporting Okoa Kenya referendum. He did not bring the booklets here. Actually, he even did not sign the books," Robi said.
The deputy president, speaking at the function in St. Mathias assured the County residents of government support in development agenda.
The DP also presented several goodies to the County. Other than donating KES 1m to the secondary school, he also officially commisioned Kehancha KMTC and assured the procurement of Kidney dialysis machine worth KES 380m to Kehancha sub county hospital and one referral hospital in the are worth KES 125m.
