ODM 2017 gameplan leaked

Nairobi - The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party has scheduled its party primaries for February 2017 in order to avoid fall outs experienced during the last election, it has emerged.
A source who spoke to News24 on condition of anonymity said that the ODM party was keen to resolve the issues caused by the nominations and avoid splitting of the votes.

"We want to do it early to give us ample time to reconcile the warring factions and ensure that we have enough time to campaign for our presidential candidate," said the source.
On Thursday, the party's National Executive Council appointed new elections board and agreed to conduct nominations in the month of February.
