My boyfriend looks at other women
24 November 2015, 14:14
Nairobi - I can objectively talk about this because I have wandering
eyes and it used to piss my ex off. It is not that I was being disrespectful
but my attention span runs out. We would be on a date and I would eventually
just start to look around, then he would get mad and I just never understood
why he was mad because it was not like I was looking at other men but I was
just looking at my surroundings. But what if your partner likes to look at
other people though?
Don’t take it too
At times it is just them looking around. It is only a bad
thing if they do not care for your feelings and they tend to look when
something prettier crosses their path. You might think they are looking at
other people but they are not. Take it personally if they stare too long and if
they keep staring at a particular person like for example at a work event and
there is that colleague you have always had a feeling about.
It is disrespectful if
they are obvious about it
If you are out on any date and your partner never pays
attention to you but would make it a point to look at other people; leave them.
They are being flat out disrespectful. You can stare but stare once in a while
not all the time. If they keep doing it, they are giving you a middle finger
Leave them if they
keep doing it
Once in a while? Okay! All the time? Leave them. Acknowledging someone’s good looks is not a
bad thing but when your partner keeps acknowledging everybody else, every time
you are with them, then they are not for you. They will eventually act on it
and you will be on the receiving end.
But I would include
him in the staring as well
If I saw a pretty woman, I would definitely point her out,
not to trap him but just because she looked good. If your partner does that, it
is not a bad thing because they are making you a part of it and not being
sneaky about it. Also just once in a while I am not talking about the guy that
will point out other women to make you feel bad about yourself.
