Nairobi - ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi has refused to join the violent protests by the CORD Coalition against the IEBC.
According to sources within the ANC, Mudavadi turned down the request just days after he stated that he would also boycott the 2017 General Elections if there are no changes made to the IEBC.
" He was invited to the protests but he does not do things in that manner," the source said of Mudavadi.
Mudavadi is also clamouring for changes to the IEBC which he says is out of touch with the needs of Kenyans.
" The IEBC needs changes. It has been overtaken by events and needs to be overhauled," he stated.
The protests to change the IEBC according to CORD leaders will continue until the changes are instituted.
