Bahati Mp Kimani Ngunjiri and his Naivasha counterpart John Kihagi have accused Nkaiseri of taking sides in the fued by openly siding with his maasai community.
The two MPs said Nkaiseri has been ordering the release of people from his community who have been arrested for invading private property and attacking people.
Speaking Thursday at Naivasha town the legislators called on Nkaiseri to keep off the Issue because he cannot be a neutral mediator. "Nkaiseri has shown open biasness in dealing with the land crisis at utheri wa lari and Ndabibi farms by openly favouring his maasai community and this has made the situation even worse,"said Ngunjiri.
"He should keep of Naivasha land issue and let the government appoint someone neutral to deal with the issue,"he added.
Kihagi claimed that Nkaiseri is protecting maasais who invade private property by shielding them from arrest and prosecute.
"He has been protecting people from the Maasai community and this has made them get the guts of attacking people on their farma because they know nothing will happen to them,"said Kihagi.
The MPs threatened to present a motion of no confidence against Nkaiseri should he continue behaving the way he is behaving.
