Nairobi - Budalang'i MP Ababu Namwamba a usual presence in any negotiations over topics such as the IEBC talks has been left out of the team to dialogue with the Jubilee Coalition over the IEBC.
The MP has been away from the Coalition forays in recent weeks and despite being asked to represent the Coalition, he said he was not interested in helping lead talks with Jubilee, and was thus left out.
