Nakuru - Kuresoi south MP, Zakayo Cheruiyot has said that the new Jubilee party is the biggest threat to the unity and peace of the country.
Cheruiyot said the party is a unity of two greedy individuals using their tribes to stay in power.
Speaking Monday in kuresoi town, Cheruiyot said that Jubilee will take the country back to the days of dictatorship and political detentions and torture.
"... You will see people opposed to government being detained and harassed," he said.
He added: "The party is a risk to the peace and unity being enjoyed in the country because its leaders have become obsessed with power and they will do anything to retain power."
Cheruiyot added that Kenyans will be inviting trouble and anarchy into the country if they embrace the new party.
"With Jubilee as the ruling party, I can assure Kenyans that things will be worse compared to KANU days and they must be prepared for it," he said.
He vowed to use all his strength and resources in opposing the new Jubilee party in rift Valley.
