Nakuru - Kuresoi north MP, Moses Cheboi has announced that he is formally ditching KANU, the party that sponsored him to Parliament, for Jubilee.
Cheboi said that he has no option but to dump the independence party because he does not want to lose his seat.
Speaking Tuesday in kuresoi town, Cheboi said that the mood on the ground does not allow him to stick with KANU.

"The people have asked me to ditch KANU if I want to survive beyond 2017 and I have to do exactly that. They have instructed me to join Jubilee and that is where I am taking them," said Cheboi.
He added that he is not ready to face the wrath of the voters by defying them.
"Even if I loved Kenya with all my heart, I cannot stick with it because my people would punish me for that," he said.
