Nairobi - Baringo Senator Gideon Moi has hit out at Deputy President William Ruto for campaigning for his 2022 Presidential elections.
Moi who is also the Kenya African National Union (KANU) leader said that it was wrong for Ruto to set the country in a campaign mood instead of delivering on its 2013 pre-election promises.
" Deputy President William Ruto should stop telling us to rally behind him in the 2022 elections. What Kenyans want now is better services. Let him improve the lives of the citizens instead of telling them to believe in his far-fetched dreams," he said.
He added that the DP was out of line to campaign this early.
" You cannot keep telling Kenyans to be patient. Let us not talk about 2022 because no one knows about that," posted the Senator on his face book page.
The younger Moi has been fighting with Ruto for the control of the Rift Valley region.
