Missing hikers found

Nairobi - Hikers who had gone missing in the Aberdare Forest Saturday have been found alive.
The three hikers were in the company of a tour guide when they lost their way.
They were in a group of 60 hikers from Nairobi.
The company that had organized the hike, Bucketlist Travels, had sent a search helicopter that combed the forest Saturday night and the whole day Sunday to no avail.
On Monday, KWS, police and KFS joined the search team in a combined effort that helped trace the four.
Bucketlist Travels Director, Munyaka Njiru also disclosed that over 50 local residents joined them in searching for the missing hikers and thanked everyone who helped in the search.
“We would like to thank everyone that took part in the search and rescue operations … that has been taking place since Saturday,” he said.
The three hikers were airlifted to Nairobi while the tour guide to JM Memorial Hospital in Ol Kalou for checkups.
