MCA breaks arm after colleague's car rolls for the second time at same spot

Bungoma - A Bungoma Member of the County Assembly (MCA) has for the second time escaped death by a whisker after his Mitsubishi Pajero car rolled several times.
The MCA, Peter Cherui’s car was eerily involved in an accident at the exact same spot the same vehicle rolled in another accident that occurred on February 19, 2015.
And the paradox doesn’t end there; the Kaptama MCA was in the company of another colleague, nominated MCA Jane Cheperenger when the Thursday morning incident occurred.

Mr Cherui was unhurt in the incident while his counterpart broke her arm in the accident.
Mt Elgon OCPD, John Onditi confirmed the accident and urged motorists plying the Kapsokwony-Kaptama road to be careful, especially at Kona Tatu area, which he noted is increasingly becoming a blackspot.
"It is ironic that the accident involves the same car at the same spot one year apart. We appeal to motorists to be careful," advised Onditi.
