Man dies after Valentine's Day party in Nairobi

Nairobi - A man has died in Nairobi after a Valentine's Day drinking binge and party with a woman in Nairobi.
The man, a communications officer at technology firm Huawei was named by Police as Nathaniel Lausi.
He died after being rushed to hospital from his home in Donholm Estate in Nairobi at the Mama Lucy Hospital in Kayole after complaining of chest pains.
According to a Police report, the man died on arrival at the hospital and a post mortem is being awaited to determine the cause of death.
The woman he was with, Rosemary Wangari was arrested and is still in Police custody.
" The deceased's friend, named Rosemary Wangari has written a statement explaining how she know him, how long and why they were together on the day," a policeman close to the case that wished not to be named told News24.
She is said to have only known Lausi two weeks before his death, having met him in Nairobi's CBD.
Lausi, according to Police was married and it is believed that it was an extra marital affair he was involved in.
" He was a great person. Fun loving and confident," James Kiarie, a colleague told News24.
The body is set to undergo post-mortem Monday evening.
