Majority of Kenyans want Raila to retire from politics

Nairobi - Majority of Kenyans want CORD leader Raila Odinga to quit politics and head into retirement, a new poll says.
The poll by Ipsos Synovate released Wednesday states that 34% of Kenyans feel that Raila has nothing to offer and thus should retire.
22% feel that he is still relevant and should contest the 2017 General Elections.
In the same survey, if there was to be a Presidential vote today, 40% of Kenyans would vote back President Uhuru Kenyatta with 29% voting for Raila.
The survey comes in the midst of several crises for the current government, which has been littered with corruption allegations.
Most Kenyans felt that the biggest impediment to them voting for Uhuru in 2017 was the large scale of high level corruption in the country.
The poll was held between 7 and 19 November 2015.
