President William Ruto has urged Kenyans to live harmoniously and shun
tribalism and religious division in the New Year 2016.

Ruto said Kenyans have learnt their past mistake brought about by evil people advancing tribalism and religious hatred.

that Muslims and Christians are one people, either from upcountry, coast
or any part of the county, “he said.
The Deputy President said
the recent heroic act by Muslims in defending Christian against Al Shabab
attack in a Mandera bound bus should be emulated by all Kenyans against
enemies whose intention are to instill religious divisions.
