Nairobi - Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has been arrested and taken to the Kilimani Police station.
Kuria, whose hate Speech case was re-opened on Monday was taken by Flying Squad officers Tuesday morning to the Police station to record a fresh statement over the matter.
The office of the Director of Public Prosecutions DPP said it had enough evidence to prosecute Kuria over the allegations.
Kuria was caught on camera in July, telling machete wielding youths to take up arms against those who are opposed to the success of the National Youth Service NYS.
This was in reference to the continued attacks on Devolution CS Anne Waiguru by opposition chiefs who were against the massive corruption at the NYS.
Kuria has in the past stated that he was misquoted over the matter.
