KFCB Strikes Again

Nairobi - The Kenya Film Classification Board has been at the forefront of the war against ‘Inappropriate content’ both on Kenyan TV screens as well as online.
Its boss Ezekiel Mutua has been the face of this war, banning content from movies to music and even events. So far they have managed to ban music videos from top Kenyan producers including Sauti Sol (Nishike Music Video) and movies like Wolf of Wall Street and 50 Shades of Grey among others.
The blood thirsty KFCB is back at it once again, this time baying for the blood of a podcast called ‘The Spread: A Sex Positive Podcast’ that is hosted by two openly lesbian celebrities, Kaz and Nini Wacera.
In a Lengthy post on Facebook, Mutua threatened to take down the show and its producers as soon as their investigations into the matter was completed. He met with the director of What’s Good Radio, the producers of the show and came to an agreement which saw the show being pulled down off the air.
