Keter submits fresh motion to impeach Waiguru

Nairobi - Nandi Hills Mp Alfred Keter has once again submitted a fresh motion to impeach Devolution CS Anne Waiguru after two previous failures.
The move comes just a day after a second motion was rejected by Speaker Justin Muturi.
The two previous motions violated house rules, Muturi had stated.
Keter though is not giving up.
" I have submitted a fresh motion. The CS is in the wrong and Kenyans deserve to have her out of office," he said Thursday afternoon.
Keter claims that he has close to 170 MPs who have signed up to have Waiguru kicked out of office. The constitution states that 117 MPs in favour of the motion will have Waiguru impeached.
Waiguru has been under pressure after revelations of gross corruption under her watch in the ministry were revealed. It is estimated that up to as much as KES 3 billion has yet to be accounted for in the ministry.
She has stated that she has no idea where the money was plundered and that she has no hand in the losses.
Keter and the opposition have however insisted that Waiguru step aside regardless to allow investigations.
