30 March 2016, 19:05 Victor Tinto

Nairobi - Kenyan terrorists and thugs have devised a new method of transporting bullets, guns and bombs... Through caskets.

Kenyan Police have landed on the new technique to transport weapons. Through the use of caskets and funeral home transportation.

There have been a number of incidences found and Police are now forced to stop and inspect such vehicles and caskets even if it is not the best thing to do.

" We have been told. They are now using coffins to transport weapons," police boss Joseph Boinett told News24.

" We found the new phenomenon and are now inspecting all coffins and funeral parlour vehicles," he added.

With the Al Shabaab threat in the country at its highest, Boinett says that nothing will be taken to chance.

" Our officers have now been alerted," he added.

Shabaab forces have been causing mayhem in Kenya since the war against terror in Somalia took heed in 2012.
