Nairobi - A student at the Kenya School of Law on Wednesday sued the institution’s for breaching the examinations guide.
Nyambira Oguta accused the institution's Education Council changed the examinations structure without notice.
The students have always done 4 questions, but were forced to do 5 in all the nine subjects examined August 2016.
"Our students guide ... indicated that we were required to tackle 4
questions out of the possible 10," he said, noting that the change is
likely to affect students' performance as the Examinations Council did not assign additional time to the extra question.
