KANU will not join Jubilee, says Moi

Nairobi - KANU will not dissolve and join Jubilee Party, KANU Chairman Gideon Moi has said.
Moi said that the independence party will be competing with the Jubilee Party in the 2017 general elections and called on the Deputy President to expect a fierce battle.
"KANU is a national party and Ruto should be ready for a bruising battle from KANU."

The Baringo Senator further called on DP Ruto to respect other leaders saying that KANU will only negotiate with other like-minded parties.
"Ruto should respect other leaders and their opinions. We are ready for dialogue but with like-minded leaders and parties," he added.
